World War II created many effective inventions that were used on land, air, and naval. Most of the weapons were used on land, such as the Bazooka, M1 Garand, Thompson M1, and the MP 38/40. Then we have the naval weapons that worked well and it was strong. It was well used because people weren’t able to see inside the ocean while floating in the water. Then we have our air weapons. The two most common airplanes used were the mustangs (carried bombs and can hit accurately) and B-17 (contained four machine guns inside the wings). There was also the Spitfire that the British owned. They contained many bombs that dropped from the sky. Many of these weapons were well liked from both sides and even copied from each other. Some of machines even helped led the other to victory and are still being used today.
