Secret weapons
A-4: It was also known as the V-2 and it was the ballistic missile. This launcher is mobile and 10,000 were produced by underground plant slave workers. It was tested by the Allies and failed as a weapon. It was much more expensive to create than the damage it made.
Mistel: A twin-engine bomber that was controlled by the pilot of the fighter. Over 250 were built and it was used for large scale operations. These were used against the Soviet powers and then abandoned.
Spy Weapons
Rodent Bombs: British spies planned on filling dead rats with explosives
and planting them behind factories behind enemy lines so that when workers threw them in the fire they would explode. However, Germans found a consignment of rats and the plan didn't work. The public heard about this and they were too scared of dead rats that they just left them to rot, resulting in spread of disease. |
Suicide Pill: British agents carried this lethal pill with them at all times. They hid them in their personal belongings such as lockets, rings, and other jewelry. The spy swallowed this pill if they were captured by enemy agents. It killed in five seconds, before any life saving measures could be taken.
